Immanuel Kant was born on 22 April 1724 into a Prussian German family of Lutheran faith in Königsberg in East Prussia (now Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia).
The Washington State Transportation Commission on July 13 [of 2010] unanimously approved changing the ferry terminal name on Central Whidbey Island from Keystone to Coupeville.
