Interlaken – Flows in park of same name – Interlaken has been around since at least 1905, though it is not known when the name was applied to creek. (Sherwood Files, Seattle Parks Department)
Interlaken Creek is not labeled on OpenStreetMap. However, there are several unnamed stream segments. It is not clear which of these (or both) are Interlaken Creek.
In about 600 feet [on E. Interlaken Blvd from the east], note a trail leaving the road and heading uphill to your left, paralleling a small creek that may be dry in summer.
