Bronze is an alloy consisting primarily of copper, commonly with about 12–12.5% tin and often with the addition of other metals (including aluminium, manganese, nickel, or zinc) and sometimes non-metals, such as phosphorus, or metalloids such as arsenic or silicon. These additions produce a range of alloys that may be harder than copper alone, or have other useful properties, such as strength, ductility, or machinability.

Lake Stickney Park is 24.5-acre park that preserves vital habitat at the northern headwaters of Swamp Creek. The park contains diverse forest, wetland, stream, and open-water habitats for fish and wildlife. Amenities include a playground, picnic tables, walking trails, parking, a portable restroom, and a fully-fenced off-leash dog area. Please note that the off-leash dog area is on the north side of the park. It is accessible by park trails or by the separate parking lot just north of the parking area for the playground.
