Langley – often referred to as the “Village by the Sea” – is a South Whidbey Island town situated on a bluff overlooking Saratoga Passage and the Cascade Mountains. Located in Island County, it is a 10-minute drive from Clinton and a 20-minute ferry ride from Clinton to Mukilteo, the mainland ferry connecting point.

From the parking lot, where a Northwest Forest Pass is required, the trail follows an old road bordered by towering salmonberry bushes and deciduous trees. The berries ripen in early to mid June and the best ones are found high above your head.
