The mountain is also the 29th-most prominent peak in Washington, with 3651’ of prominence. The mountain is fairly isolated, with the next highest peak being located over 10 miles away. The summit offers a complete 360° panoramic location, with far-ranging views of jagged peaks and rugged valleys in all directions, solidifying its place as the “crown jewel” of the Wild Sky Wilderness area.
