I was walking around the UCSB campus and came upon this interesting tree with a smooth bark. I later found it was likely Corymbia citriodora, also known as a lemon-scented gum tree.

It has smooth white to pink bark, narrow lance-shaped to curved adult leaves, flower buds in groups of three, white flowers and urn-shaped or barrel-shaped fruit.
