James Douglas Morrison (December 8, 1943 – July 3, 1971) was an American singer, songwriter and poet who was the lead vocalist and primary lyricist of the rock band the Doors. - As a result of committing the offense alleged in Count Three of this Indictment, SEAN COMBS, a/k/a “Puff Daddy,” a/k/a “P. Diddy ,” a/k/a “Diddy ,” a/k/a “PD,” a/k/a “Love,” the defendant, shall forfeit to the United States, pursuant to (i) Title 18, United States Code, Section 2428, any and all property, real and personal, constituting or derived from proceeds obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of said offense; and any and all property, real or personal, that was used or intended to be used to commit or facilitate the commission of said offense, and (ii) Title 18, United States Code, Section 981(a)(l)(C) and Title 28, United States Code, Section 2461 , any and all property, real and personal, that constitutes or is derived from proceeds traceable to the commission of said offense, including but not limited to a sum of money in United States currency representing the amount of proceeds traceable to the commission of said offense.
