- OpenStreetMap defines the Washougal River Greenway as multiple relations & ways rather than a single relation. It isn’t clear whether this is intentional. Ideally, a single relation would be used. But if there are reasons for separately defining multiple parcels, the reason should be noted.

Washougal River Greenway Trail is a 2.2 mile trail located on the eastern edge of Camas that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The southeastern trailhead is located near a residential area at the intersection of SE Yale St. and NE 2nd Ave. The northwestern trailhead is located next to Baz Park off of 3rd Loop. The trail is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Enjoy a family-friendly paved path along the Washougal River near its confluence with the Columbia River. This is a good hike for kids because there’s so much to look at without steep grades or narrow places that might be difficult for toddlers. Although surrounded by industrial areas, the riparian forest provides a buffer that makes the greenway feel peaceful and remote.
