- The Covington Library is located at 27100 164th Avenue SE in Covington. The library opened in 1993, and quickly became one of the busiest in the King County Library System (KCLS), outgrowing its 15,000-square-foot space in less than a decade. A large expansion in 2008 added more space by half, and the library continues to play an integral part in the lives of Covington citizens.
